MNaked Presents: The Friday Night Songwriter Series at the Hideaway Burger Bar

Taylor James Donskey plays alternative country, sharing everyday tales from everyday people. Uncluttered melodies over a lived in sound support the stories, the hopes and the relationships these people have with one another. These songs are the lasting impressions left by simple, impactful living. Warm and natural, Taylor builds on the solid foundation that was given new life by Gillian Welch; perpetuated by Jeff Tweedy and set on its head by Blake Mills. The full-length is due early 2020.


Rachel Bearinger is a guitarist, vocalist, and trumpet player from Northeast Iowa. She performs a wide range of musical styles from folk rock to contemporary jazz. Rachel enjoys writing and performing original music as well as putting her own twists on songs by her favorite artists. Her debut EP, "We Were Well," was released in August of 2017, and is available online and as a compact disc at her shows.
